My weight 我的瘦身進度

I think this is the 3rd I blog about my weight. Just want to share the good news which is my weight is from 145 pounds to 133 pounds now! In almost 3 months time, I lost 12 pounds so that is not so harsh right? Now my dinning habit is definitely changed a lot from I used to.

Breakfast 

I used to eat my breakfast late or I eat "Combine lunch" which means I have my breakfast and lunch at same time in the noon. Now I eat my breakfast as soon as I wake up, I normally have breakfast that contains starch such as rice noodle, sandwich. This type of food keep me full until lunch time. If I stay at home for holiday, I usually go for noodle with vegetable(sometimes I add 1 egg ) or fruit.

Lunch 

I nowadays try to include  rice and vegetable in my every meal. It is hard to do so whenever dine in outside but I would simply cut down the quantity in to half, that means I share with others with my meal. When I am having holiday I would choose mostly to steam fish and go with vegetable for the most of the time.


Snack 

Recently my favorite snack is biscuit, the salty cracker I choose. I can recall that once a female celebrity said she only consume salty cracker but not other food to loose weight. I am not sure if this is working but I will assure you if she was me, my pimples will grow all over my face. Don't know if you aware, actually biscuit is baked and therefore if can bring heat for body as well( Chinese saying that heat can cause pimple lol).

Fruit is a good choice as a snack but remember don't overloaded!

Dinner 

Don't be surprised that if I tell you I eat my dinner before 7 pm or no later than 8 pm  for most of the time, I know most of you eat late and you need to have it as early as you can! Believe me or not, the earlier you eat the light you will be the next day when you are on the scale!

What I eat?

Mostly rice, vegetable only, no meat. The reason is that I don't bother to cook any meat as it takes longer time then cooking vegetable. Also I eat quite little amount of meat myself all the time, it is a habit.


Exercise

Just reveal a secret here with you guys, the formula for loosing weight is 70% diet + 30% exercise. I was like "What!" when I first heard about this from my friend who recently lost almost 20 pounds.  I always think exercise is the most important part in loosing weight, but no no, the food you eat matters most.  

Maybe some of you say so I may just skip the exercise part since it is only 30% in the formula, I can not say that you are wrong but if you want a toned body and fine muscle lines for your legs, just run 2  - 3 times a week will do the trick.



I really enjoy shopping these days as the clothes that I could not fit in before are all fit now! I am really happy for the result and my target is to lose 8 more pounds in the next couple moths and will share more tips too!
