Keys for new house!
Finally I got my keys for the new house last night after paying 2 deposits and 1 month rent in advance + commision for angent! There are 2 sets of keys and they are heavy!! Each set has 8 silver keys!!
We inspected the house last night and found that the ceramic tile in one room has a problem like this:

Therefore I rang the agent immediatly and he said he would contact landlord, and a minute later he called in saying that houseowner would find someone to fix it, don't worry. It made me relieve a bit. Since we have closed the deal so we didnt expect the agent and landlard would be so helpful.
We have checked the new furnitures in DSC(a relativly cheap furniture store in HK) last Sundae and I like
a blue fabric sofa, a white, 3-door wardrobe cost only $990, a bed frame at price of $1xxx , a $3xxx matress and a $2xxxx big white &
brown wood tv table....we decide to take a look at Ikea stores before we make up our mind on above items.
