Food ! Exercise! Food! Exercise!

I have to give myself a thumb up!! I 've running for almost 2 weeks everyday!!! Although I only lost 2-3 pounds but I feel good about myself hehehe.

I run in the morning mostly so I got tanned. My arms and neck area are most obvious to see. Anyway, losing weight is more important then whitening to me now la.

The good thing to run in the morning and noon is get to feel the good weather and nice view under sun. Here are some pictures taken during the last week.
